Connecting the Cameras to the NVR
Ensure the NVR is powered on, and is located within 3m of the cameras you wish to add.
Connect the AC power connection to the camera’s power input, and ensure the camera is being plugged into an active power outlet.
Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the NVR’s Ethernet port, and connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the camera’s Ethernet port. Once they’re connected the light on the connection should appear green, as seen above.
Once the NVR is connected to the camera via Ethernet, and both are powered on, navigate through the Setup Wizard
Once you’ve completed the Setup Wizard, right click on the mouse to reveal the Quick Menu as seen below.
From the Quick Menu, select the “Wifi add” option, third from the bottom.
The Wifi Add menu will open, and automatically search for cameras. You can see the Wifi Add menu below.
Once your camera populates in the right-hand column, select “Exit”.
This menu will continue scanning for cameras to add, so you must select Exit to back out of the menu.
Once you’ve selected “Exit” you can see your listed cameras in the Video Manage option, which is available in the Quick Menu, 2nd from the top.
