Applies to: All IPC cameras which are compatible with the original system，ZG2612E；ZM4182E；ZG2615D；ZM4285D；
If you fail to add Zosi IPC cameras to Synology, you can follow the below steps to make troubleshooting.
Cause 1: The steps to add cameras to System is wrong
Please kindly refer to the link to add camreas to Synology,
Cause 2: The cameras have the same ip address,need to use the search tool to change the ip address.
Please change the camera's ip address into another end with difference numbers; like; 192.168.147.9;.
Cause 3: The camera and System is not at the same LAN
If the camera and Synology is not at the same LAN, you need to put them in the same network.
Cause 4: The camera is not compatiable,check the version if it can work with the poe /Nvr system.
Cause 5: The camera firmware is not the latest one or has bug

upgrade it and try it
