Return Policy
  1. Return within 30 Days from the Original Purchase Date for Refund with or without Reason

The product must be purchased directly from Zosi website or one of our online store fronts, you may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason.

If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, or any other damage caused by the unintended use of the product, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.

24-Month Warranty Return
  1. All Zosiproducts are backed by a 2 year product warranty beginning from the original purchase date. If your Zosi product becomes defective according to Zosi Limited Warranty and within the warranty period, you may return your defective product to us for repair or replacement.
  2. Please confirm with Zosi technician on defective products before you request a replacement. You can contact them via service@zositech.com.
  3. Shipping of returned product to Zosi warehouse

 

You may receive a return label / return address / RMA code from Zosi RMA technicians after your request is authorized, you can use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation to ship your Returned Product back to Zosi warehouse, then send the screenshot of your receipt to us. If you don’t want to pay the shipping costs for us first, please let us know, we would be happy to refund the shipping costs to you before you return the product.

  1. Shipping of Repaired Product and Replacement from Zosito You
4.1. Requests within country of purchase

If the Returned Product is tested and found to be defective and covered by Zosi Limited Warranty, we will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs.

4.2. Requests from outside country of purchase

If the Returned Product is tested and found to be defective and covered by Zosi Limited Warranty we will take care of all quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT. International shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

4.3. Requests for orders shipped internationally

If the Returned Product is tested and found to be defective and covered by Zosi Limited Warranty, we will take care of all quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs. This includes purchases shipped overseas from China, USA or some other countries.

4.4. If the Returned Product is tested and found to be non-defective or not covered by Zosi Limited Warranty by the certified Zosi RMA technicians, you should be responsible for arranging shipment of the Returned Product from Zosi warehouse to your location.
4.5. Under any circumstance, Zosi isnt responsible to any customs clearance and/or duty, tax, fees that are enacted by the shipping carriers.
4.6. If a replacement product is needed immediately, and the original purchase date is within 12 months, we will offer a cross-shipment for you, but we will ONLY provide free ground cross shipment within country of purchase. Any cross shipment to areas outside country of purchase will be charged additional shipping cost and other fees.
Requesting this option implies that your Returned Product has the defective part and you will ship it back to Zosi within 30 calendar days of the authorization of the cross shipment. You will be asked to secure the return by providing a credit card number. UPON REQUEST OF CROSS SHIPMENT, YOU AUTHORIZE Zosi TO PUT A 30-DAY CROSS-AUTHORIZATION PLACED ON THE CREDIT CARD EQUAL TO THE LIST PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT BEING SHIPPED. Zosi will charge the full amount that was authorized on the credit card under following circumstances:

A.If the Returned Product is not received by Zosi within 30 calendar days from the authorization date of the cross shipment;

B.If the Returned Product is determined not covered by Zosi Limited Warranty by the certified Zosi RMA technicians.

Zosi will ship the replacement product within 2-3 business days from the authorization date of the cross shipment.

  1. For purchases made through third-party stores or vendors:

We suggest you contact the third-party stores or vendors where the product was originally purchased for the return and refund policy.

  1. Receive this product was a gift.

You may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf, if the product was purchased from us, we will take care of all quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT under warranty.
