Where we ship :

Order placed on ZOSI official website will be shipped to the following countries.  

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. 

 

Shipping Fees:

ONLY free shipping in the United States. 

For other shipping countries, the shipping fees calculated by the item weight(kg) will be automtically charged in the checkout page.

Please noted we are NOT responsible for any tariff, customs fee, duty, tax, or brokerage fee (if needed). It’s the recipients’ responsibility to pay the fees.

 

Shipping address:  

(Sorry. No P.O.Box address!)

Your order can be shipped to any physical address while we cannot deliver to P.O. Box address.

If the provided shipping address is invalid, your package will not be dispatched until our representative contact you for an address update.

 

Order Delivery 

All of your orders will be processed within 2 business days(excpert pre-orders).

The esitmated shipping time listed below is only our best estimate for your reference. ZOSI is Not liable for any loss or damge caused due to resonsable reasons or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.

When the products are delivered, you are responsible to check the package is complete and undamaged , please check the product carefully before you sign for hre delivery and you have the rights to refuse the delivery.

Ship from China Warehouse (5-14 Business Days to Most Areas in the world, we are not responsible for the possible tariffs.)

 

 

3. About Order Tracking  

How to track your order and know when it ship? 

  1. Check in your contact email

An email with title “Invoice for order#” will be sent to your email once you place an order successfully.

We will update the shipping information including the tracking number and send an updated invoice email to your email.

  1. Check on ZOSI official website

If you have registered a ZOSI account, sign in your Account, you can view the order updates in “My ACCOUNT”-“ORDERS”.

 

4.  How to Get a Product Replacement? 

Step 1. Contact our service support team and offer your order number  and a brief description explaining the issue.

Step 2. Ship the product to our warehouse when your return request is authorized.

Step 3. Get a new replacement.

5. How to Return a Product for a Refund?

Step 1. Contact our service team:  Contact our service team for your return request for your ZOSI product.

Step 2. Get the return label: Get the return label from our service team.

Step 3. Receive the label & Return the item: Print out the return label and stamp it on the package. Call the shipping carrier to pick up your package.

6. When Can I Get a Refund?

We will make a refund within 1-2 workding days once the returned item is confirmed to arrive at our ZOSI warehouse.
